3. Engagement Terms

Engagement with our services begins upon mutual written confirmation (email, signed document, or invoice). Initial inquiries or consultations are non-binding unless agreed otherwise in writing.

4. Fees and Payment

• All fees are listed in CHF (Swiss Francs) and include VAT where applicable.
• We accept payment by bank transfer, invoice, or in-person (if agreed).
• Invoices are payable within the timeframe specified (typically 15 days).

5. Cancellations and Changes

• More than 48 hours before the appointment: No charge.
• 24–48 hours before: 50% of the session fee is due.
• Less than 24 hours or no-show: Full fee is applicable.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and disclosing all relevant legal details during consultation.
• We are not liable for outcomes based on incomplete or misleading information provided by the client.

7. Confidentiality

All client information is treated with strict confidentiality in compliance with Swiss data protection laws. Legal files and discussions will never be shared without consent unless required by law.
